A plan for the way you work

Every plan lists what it covers, its term and how to cancel.

  • Adults

Muay Thai, MMA and conditioning, for ages 18 and up.

    • Any adult class on the week grid, any number of days
    • Early, midday and late classes, so a changed shift still has a class
    • Gloves and shin guards to borrow until you choose your own
    • A pause for a change of shifts, travel or injury, on request
    Term:
    Month to month
    Cancellation:
In writing, with 30 days' notice. The month in progress is billed.
    Refunds:
A month already trained is not refunded; ask us about pausing.
  • Teens

Ages 13 to 17, in their own class with a trainer on the floor.

    • The teens' class on weekday afternoons
    • Teens' classes of up to 12
    • Fundamentals on Saturday mornings alongside adults
    • A parent or guardian signs the agreement
    Term:
    Month to month
    Cancellation:
In writing, with 30 days' notice. The month in progress is billed.
    Refunds:
A month already trained is not refunded; ask us about pausing.

The figures for each plan are on our enrollment page and at your first class.

How tuition works

What sets your membership, what it covers and how to end it.

  • What sets tuition

Your membership depends on who is training (an adult or a teen) and how many classes a week you take. The figures are on our enrollment page and at your first class, in writing, before you agree to anything.

    • Adult or teen membership

    • Classes a week

    • A class pack if your shifts change

  • Registration

A joining fee, when we charge one, covers your enrollment file and the use of our loaner gloves and shin guards while you decide what to buy. It is due when you sign up, and the amount is on the enrollment page.

  • Holding a place

Adult classes take up to 16 or 20 people and the teens' class up to 12. When a class is full, you join its waitlist and we text you when a place opens, in the order people asked.

  • Billing

Monthly, collected automatically on the day you choose through our members' portal. To change a card or a day, send the front desk a message.

  • Withdrawing

Memberships run month to month. To cancel, write to us with 30 days' notice, by email or at the front desk. The month in progress is billed. We can pause a membership for a change of shifts, travel or an injury; ask before you go.

  • Missed classes and make-ups

If you miss a class, come to another class at your level the same week. Shift work changes, so the week grid has early, midday and late classes on most days.

  • Gear and other costs

Hand wraps, gloves, shin guards, seminars and event entries are separate costs, and each is priced on the enrollment page. Ask at your first class which ones you need, and borrow ours until you do.

Ask us anything about a plan

Your first class is a good time to talk it through.
